Eligible Entities:  States, Indian Tribes, local and special districts (e.g., irrigation, water districts, water conservation districts), local governmental entities, interstate organizations, and non-profit organizations.
Description:   to develop a watershed group, complete watershed restoration planning activities, and design watershed management projects.
